Viral marketting at its best, WKTTRADIO.COM has a listed number asking people to call in and answer a few questions which will be featured in a talk back radio show. This supposed talk-back radio station doesn't seem to exist anywhere though the sites privacy policy and terms and conditions link to Rockstar.com fueling speculation that it may very well be a way to collect content for one of the radio stations in GTA IV.
